Attorneys At Law

Criminal Law

  • We are often asked, "Do I need an attorney?"  If you are going to court, you need an attorney; especially when charged with a crime.

DUI/ Public Intoxication

  • Never go to court without an attorney on a driving  under the influence charge.  While we can not guarantee that you will walk, we can guarantee that we will get you the best deal we can.   Our first goal is to get your case dismissed and keep the defendants' license to drive.  If dismissal is not possible, our expectation is the statutory minimum.

    Assault/ Battery

    • Not being able to bear arms is a serious problem these days with crime all around.
    • If you are convicted of domestic violence you forfeit your right to bear arms in the State of Alabama.  Let's take this example one step further.  If you are convicted of domestic violence and can't bear arms, you can't be a policeman, and this conviction can be a real problem in a child custody dispute.
