Small Claims Court / District Court

Some cases will be too small to justify an attorney fee and you will need to handle them on your own.
Some cases will justify hiring us.
Garnishment. You may wish to hire us to garnish someone or to stop your garnishment.
Collection. You may wish to hire us to help you collect from someone.
$30.00 consult fee to determine whether hiring us would be justified in a small claims case.
