More about Bankruptcy

We are a debt relief agency.  We provide assistance with respect to credit defaults, mortgage foreclosures, eviction proceedings, excessive debt, debt collection pressure, or inability to pay consumer debt.

Debtor court is a type of bankruptcy that is a payment plan for all of your bills.  You still pay interest on the secured debts, but you don't pay interest on the unsecured debts.

Chapter 7 is a bankruptcy where you wipe out all of the debts that you want to wipe out.  It actually gives you a fresh start because you can start over debt free.
